Welcome to the WHY Circle educational community (“Community”), operated by WHY CGI (“We”) 

By accessing or using this Community, you agree to the following Terms. 

1. PURPOSE OF THE COMMUNITY

The community provides educational content, including but not limited to:

  • Video tutorials

  • Project breakdowns

  • Insights and workflows

  • Downloadable project files and assets (“Content”)

All content is provided for educational purposes only.

2. ACCESS & ACCOUNT

    • Access is granted upon valid registration and/or payment. 

    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. 

    • You may not share your account with others. 

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violations.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content within the community is owned by WHY CGI or its licensors. 

    This includes: 

    • Source files.

    • 3D assets.

    • Project files.

    • Videos and breakdowns.

    • Any downloadable materials.

    You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Content strictly for personal and educational purposes. 

4. STRICT PROHIBITIONS

  • You may NOT: 

    • Share, distribute or resell any content. 

    • Upload Content to other platforms (including Discords, drives, marketplaces, etc.). 

    • Use source files or assets for resale or commercial redistribution. 

    • Claim Content as your own. 

    • Provide access to non-members 

    👉 This includes: 

    • Full files.

    • Partial assets.

    • Modified versions.

    • Screenshots or extracted elements.

    Any attempt to bypass these restrictions is considered a violation. 

5. COMMERCIAL USE

    • Unless explicitly agreed in writing: 

    • Content may NOT be used in products for resale. 

    • Content may NOT be redistributed in client work as source files. 

    You MAY: 

    • Use learnings and techniques in your own work. 

    • Create original work inspired by the content. 

6. ENFORCEMENT

  • If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to: 

    • Immediately revoke your access (without refund). 

    • Permanently ban your account.

    • Take legal action where applicable. 

7. NO REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of the content: 

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

  • You agree to: 

    • Respect other members. 

    • Not engage in harassment or abuse.

    • Not spam or promote unrelated services. 

    We reserve the right to remove any member who harms the community environment.

9. LIABILITY

  • Content is provided “as is” for educational purposes. 

    We are not responsible for: 

    • Business outcomes 

    • Financial results 

    • Misuse of the Content 

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
